I started my blog many years ago, so it's been a series of things that has kept me motivated and continuously changing. (NOTE: I write travel posts)
1. Early days, people (known circle) used to read, appreciate and refer and forward to others to plan their trips. It was very encouraging to know that they looked forward for my posts.
2. Due to forwarding and sharing of my posts, my posts reached a few who wanted to sponsor my posts. They liked that my content was unbiased and genuine. Thus, I got few of travels sponsored. (Who doesn't want Free travel when u start out?)
3. By this time I had created sufficient content on my blog which helped me to write pitches and approach people and I got a few brand collabs.
4. Then came the biggest challenge as a blogger! Everyone around was a blogger now. The race for SEO, ranking, metrics etc. started. Until this year, I had never bothered to know any of this... but now, survival on the www was key. If I was putting so much effort to create good content, I wanted good ranking, SEO etc. So, this is how improving my ranking and seeing the number rise became my motivation (it Gives a feeling that I'm doing something right)
5. With ever changing scenario of digital marketing (something that was totally unknown just a couple of years ago), now I'm learning these tools and so many new things in this process and the learning process will continue with changes. LEARNING new things has always excited me.
6. Researching new topics to stay different in my niche keeps me motivated
7. Finally, there is no end! Writer's block can hit even the greatest authors. I Just take break, rethink why i started blogging at the first place, where it has brought me, and get back with fresh thoughts to blog :)

True blogging needs patience and only who stay consistent and patiently writing, wins the name

But yes when I am down, I read a novel or motivational stories to feel motivated. Takes a break and always questions myself why did I start.

These tricks always helped me boost my confidence .
