Formerly known as Uttarakhand, Uttarakhand is a province in northern India. Uttarakhand is known for its natural environment in the Himalayas, Babar and Terai regions. The north borders the Tibetan Autonomous Region of China. Sudurpashchim province in eastern Nepal. Uttar Pradesh to the south and Himachal Pradesh to the west and northwest are the Indian states. The state is divided into two districts, Garhwal and Kumaon, with a total of 13 districts. The winter capital of Uttarakhand is Dehradun, the head of the state’s largest railroad. The city of the Chamoli district, Baralisain, is the summer capital of Uttarakhand. Day 1 Delhi Rishikesh (approx. 250 km / 6 hours) | Travel Itinerary for Uttrakhand
When you arrive in Delhi, meet a tour guide to help you get to Rishikesh. This holy city, Uttarakhand, is located at the foot of the Himalayas along the sacred Ganges. It is popular not only as an adventure hub, but also as a gateway to the sacred Chardam destinations of Kedarnat, Gangotri, Badrinath and Yamunothri. Many pilgrims visit temples and ashrams every year. Adventure lovers love to enjoy rafting, camping, trekking and more. The International Yoga Festival attracts visitors from all over the world.
Please complete the check-in procedure upon arrival. Evening departure for sightseeing. Walk through Luxman Jura, a 450-foot suspended railway bridge over the powerful Ganges River with beautiful views. Next, visit Mandir. An ancient temple founded by Adiguru Shankara Charya. Then continue towards Trivenigat, which is probably the confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati rivers. Seek redemption in Rishikesh’s most sacred bathing area and head to the magnificent arty in the evening. Then drive to the last place of the day, the Trinbeikshwa Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Then check out the hotel and start your journey to Landsdawn. A beautiful neighborhood town settled during the British Indian Empire. Located at an altitude of 1706 meters, the mountain town is surrounded by dense oak and pine jungles, lush greenery and panoramic views that captivate visitors. Check in at the hotel upon arrival.
I will continue to visit later. Start with a visit to the Indian Army-managed War Museum or Dhawan Singh Sanglaharaya. Next, go to the mountain point “TipN Top”. Continue to other attractions, including the Anglican Church of St. Mary. Visit Tiffin Top and Snowview, a beautiful scenic spot with stunning views of the Shokhamba Mountains and the Trishur Mountains. Last but not least, visit Turkschwa Mahadev, 2,092 meters above sea level, dedicated to Lord Shiva.
After a busy day of sightseeing, return to the hotel at night.
Day 3 Landsdawn Jim Corbett National Park (approx. 165 km / 5 hours) | Travel Itinerary for Uttrakhand
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Then move on the road to the very popular Jim Corbett National Park. The reserve is one of the first of its kind and is home to a healthy population of Royal Bengal tigers. Other animals found here include elephants, sambars, sloth bears, various types of deer, and langurs. It is also known to welcome up to 586 migratory birds.
Upon arrival, complete check-in at the Jungle Resort. Refresh and relax. You can use it freely on that day. You can explore the surrounding area yourself. Visit the Garjiyadebi Temple or choose a jungle safari at night.

Awaken to the call of the wild. Have breakfast at the resort and start your drive to Kausani. One of the most beautiful places in Uttarakhand, the mountain station is blessed with a lush environment and beautiful scenery. Known as “Switzerland of India”. Complete hotel check-in upon arrival. Please rest for a while. After that, prepare for sightseeing in Kausani. Start with a visit to the Kausanity Estate.
